Not sure if we'll keep the carpet, because we bought a gazebo attachment for the trailer. We'll see.

The delivery was very quick. Both the 13200 hitch for a Highlander 2016 and the Curt 18152 cargo carrier were delivered in their original box without any damage. The carrier is well made and very easy to assemble. the paint on it is of very good quality. As noted the carrier does not come with a hitch pin so that must be purchased separately. I purchased an anti rattle pin to make sure the carrier stays put in the hitch. The hitch which I have yet to install is painted in a black glossy finish. Welds are clean without weld spatter. It comes with proper instructions and the bolts. Good job Hitch Web

I ordered a class 3 hitch with accessories on a Thursday morning and it was at my door by breakfast the following day. Can't complain about that for service!
