These guys are great, I couldn't recommend them more. Not only were they the lowest price in Canada that I could find but I received my roof racks to BC in less than 48hrs after ordering, outstanding!! I also phoned them for more information prior to purchase and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions exceptionally well. The bike rack is a little bit small for my xl mountain bike. The back wheel doesn't not fit interely on the rack but it is solid enough to work.

Very easy to search your roof rack system and excellent customer support for any questions regarding your fitment. I did have issue with wrong vehicle instructions being sent, I found correct one online and they were considerably different. Overall really nice racks

Product is great, service is great, delivery was fast. My only negative was that the 3 parts boxes for my roof rack were shipped using two different couriers and I had to wait and fight with Purilator for a few extra days to get my last box delivered, they kept coming to my door and not knocking or ringing my doorbell while I was in the next room.

There was some confusion over the basket that was ordered. I was originally told that the basket came with attachment hardware. When the basket arrived, no u-bolts were included. I had to place an additional order for the u-bolts. However, I am pleased with the quality of the rhino products that all arrived in a timely manner and in good order.

prices are good howerer there were no instructions with any of the parts. Had to find some on the internet. Some parts, I have no idea what to do with them. They don't appear anywhere in the found instructions.

I ordered a roof rack, and it required 3 seperate shipping orders, 1 from Calgary, and 2 from the same warehouse in Quebec. Other than the confusion of trying to track down packages that I did not receive tracking info for, it all came within 7 business days. And the customer service was very helpful and diligent in helping me figure out where and when my packages were shipping out.

the company double shipped the order but they quickly rectified it and arranged for the extra parts to be returned and provided return and shipping labels. I was impressed by the way they handled the returns and would definitely recommend this company

Purchasing the roof racks was easy. Shipping was expedient. Instructions on assembly OK not great but the product "whistles" in the wind as one drives down the road. A little too much and a remedy may be possible. I would have appreciated knowing a whistle might arise from installation. You may wish to consider this before purchasing.

Items shipped and arrived quicker than I expected. Tow hitch didn't fit exactly as stated and I had to modify it. Gave feedback about this which they happily past on to supplier's engineers.
