Package came damaged from shipping. Which resulted in a missing end cap for my cross bar. Item was un damaged otherwise. Customer service had a new end cap sent out the next day, it arrived within a day. Not too bad, I would say.

I found the Hitchweb website contained much more info than the RhinoRack site with the exception that neither suggested just how noisy the heavy duty racks are at highway speed. One pair of rack legs was missing from my shipment but less than 3 minutes on the phone to a friendly young woman at Hitchweb and I had the parts in 3 days.
