Shipped very fast. Took a little longer than I thought to install gooseneck hitch on 2016 Ram 1500 with 5' 7" box. Got it done though.

From the time I made my order until it arrived, I was apprehensive about the purchase. I received an immediate confirmation of the order followed very quickly by a delivery notice and tracking information. Everything happened to seamlessly that I didn't realize it was on it's way. The hitch arrived much sooner that I thought it would but just when I hoped it would. It is being installed soon and I will be reporting back on that. I have dealt with countless companies with a myriad of excuses but this is a company that delivers what is promises. I recommend them highly . Fair pricing and great service.
