We had ordered a hitch from Hitchweb through Amazon. Unfortunately the hitch we ordered did not end up working with our trailer due to a manufacturing issue with the tongue of our trailer despite it being the one we were told to buy by our trailer salesman. After trying to get the dealership to make the necessary adjustments (as not to void warranty), we were basically told too bad. We got in touch with Derick at Hitchweb and after hearing about the situation, he went above and beyond to get us set up with a different hitch that would not have the same problem. This was by far THE BEST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. To top it off, we have been using the new hitch for a couple of months now and it was exactly what we needed. Hitchweb has our business from here on out and I would recommend them to anyone!!
