I have to tell you that this company went above and beyond last week when I was shopping for the installation kit for our 2006 Ford F350 superduty crewcab, shortbox truck. We had the rails and 5 th wheel for the Demco Highjacker, but nobody could seem to find the brackets to install it. I might ad that I had been shopping for about 3 weeks up to this point. The last company i spoke to on May 15 th said this part was back ordered and we could not possibly be able to get ready for the long weekend. With frustration i Googled 5 th wheel parts and voila, Hitchweb.com come up. I punched in the parameters required and then a very educated person on chat helped me and assured me the parts i was looking at was indeed the correct ones. I told him my situation about wanting the parts by the weekend and he said give me a minute and came back and said he could have them to my by Friday. I ordered the parts, went back on chat and sent him my order number. The order was confirmed by email and the next morning ( Wed) I got a call from Lumis in Kamloops and said the parcel had arrived. Holly cow, that's what I call service. Then one of the sales reps called me to make sure I had the parts ok. I can only give this company the best recommendation possible.
