Oder entry and delivery was painless, only comment would be that the paint quality is very poor with coating peeling from all lazer cut edges. .25 cents of pretreatment would fix this ? Hint hint !

Delivery was very quick and the lack of large boxes was appreciated by me and the environment. I had trouble with the 2 1/4-13 bolts getting the start threads damaged while inserting into car frame. Had to grind a bigger chamfer at the start of both bolts to allow nuts to fit. Maybe bolts are too soft. I had trouble figuring out which direction the beveled washers were to be installed until after closer examination I saw the instructions on the installation sheet at the top left hand corner. This should be hi- lighted. I was wondering what the small metal plate with 2 holes near safety chain attachment point was for. All in all quite happy with the hitch.
