Delivery was right on time. I checked YouTube for installation & found 2 for 2018 Forester. I also found 1 for replacing a Forester muffler. I decided to remove the muffler rather than dropping the exhaust system. It wasn't necessary to enlarge any holes for the bolts & washers. Since I only had the help of my wife, I balanced the hitch on a piece of wood & used my floor jack to raise the hitch. Guided the bolts thru the hitch with the supplied wires. The rest was easy.

Shipping was super quick and the receiver looks like it is a quality piece. The welds are well done. The paint however is not good, it came to me with the paint chipping off and bare metal showing in several places. I'm having it powder coated so I don't have a rusted looking addition to my new SUV.

Revised from earlier negative comment. Hitch has finally arrived, and appears to be as expected; looks great, and hope to have it installed shortly. No issues re product at this point. However, not very impressed with delivery by FedEx which was very slow and delayed because, apparently, the delivery driver could not comprehend the very simple address which was clearly and correctly shown on the shipping label. Delivery was held back because of claim that address was either wrong or incomplete. Not so. Anyway, it is here now (using same address label), so my rating is revised to show that product is fine, but delivery methods could be improved.

I ordered a trailer hitch for my 2018 Forester on Monday and received it in Ottawa Wednesday at noon. Installation was straight forward. I just followed the manufactures instructions and checked on YouTube for support. Great service, Thanks.

Just the fact that the day after I ordered they came back and said the wiring harness was not available. After I OK'ed the switch they came back and said that the ball mount was was out of stock and would I accept another. OK I will. (for the record the original ball mount that was recommended for my SUV was way too big of a drop, the one they substituted is also too much drop for my application. I will have to return it and get another one at more expense.) Other than that, service was quick I had the shipment within 3 days of final order.

Staff were super friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Received order as promised. Kit looks good and was easy to install with provided instructions (video); would highly recommend and use again. Thanks all!!!

The order arrived fast and everything fit perfectly. It's the first trailer hitch I've ever installed but the instructions made it easy. Only problem was there was no double sided tape in the wiring box so I had to find some of my own tape to fasten the wiring module.

I heard many good reviews of this company and they are true. Had made an order for a Hitch Mount for my 2017 Subaru Forester this morning and suddenly remembered that I forgot to order a hitch cover for it. Sent them an email regarding this and received an email in the afternoon that they will add the cover to my order for free and will send all together tomorrow. Also, their website is very user friendly. Will definitely consider this company on my next purchase.
