Part I ordered was out of stock but not indicated on website. HOWEVER, they handled it well, contacted me the next day and offered to substitute a slightly better part at the same price arriving a week later. So, I did not have a tight deadline, ended up as a happy customer, installation was easier than I thought.

I'm really pleased to have ordered my hitch from Hitchweb. I called the number on the site and was pleasantly surprised to be connected with a real live person, who knew their products and was able to find stock and book the order right there. The follow up during the shipping stage was equally impressive. Everything arrived in a well made package, the mount fit as described and was easy to install. I'm pretty sure that everyone is staring at me when I tow my trailer and is thinking "there goes another satisfied Hitchweb customer", not "what the heck is that Smart car doing towing a 14' utility trailer!"
