I was looking to start towing with my vehicle. I was amazed at the prices with local retailers such as Canadian tire. I decided to look online and I stumbled across HitchWeb. The website was easy, matched the proper hitch receiver to year make and model. It also recommended the proper ball mount as well. I added the wiring harness and the ball that I needed. I got everything for only $30 more than just the hitch receiver at Canadian tire. This included taxes and the shipping was free. I placed my order at 10pm Thursday. Friday morning I received a call from a HitchWeb rep to confirm an option on my vehicle before they shipped. Incredible customer experience. It arrived by fedex, 10:30am Monday morning. I was super impressed from start to finish and have already told all of my friends, HitchWeb is the place to go for all your towing needs! Thanks HitchWeb! I wish I remembered the name of the rep, Sue maybe? She was awesome!

I received my hitch in less than 3 days after I submitted my order. I couldn't find a cheaper price from a Canadian company anywhere; even if I could they would match it. My only query is that I never received my 5% off for following Hitchweb on Google+. I joined and then placed my order, but did not receive my 5% even after inquiring about it. Other than that, I had a good experience and really appreciated the free shipping. Thanks, Adam
