I call and Isabel was able to help me through the process, let me know why something on my end wasn't working so I could fix it and proceed with the order. She was able to answer all my questions and even took the time to explain other hitches to give me comfort in the hitch I was ordering. Delivery was 1 day late, but they emailed me the tracking number and FedEx let me know via email updates. Overall, I don't think I'll buy hitches anywhere else from now on.
