Excellent service. Fast free shipping over $100. - I would definitely recommend to anyone! The only issue I had was with FedEx. 1. They never sent me a tracking number i had to email Hitchweb and they sent it to me in less then an hour! 2. FedEx's tracking number told me the package was in the a city 115 kms away waiting for me to pick it up! Also didn't give me an address of where I could pick it up. 3. Thankfully I emailed FedEx asking for an address and they told me it was in my town at another shipping company and it was ready for pickup. In FedEx's defense I did receive very good customer service in helping find the package! I recommend Hitchweb!

Shipped timeous, did not received complete order was was told it was shipped from another warehouse. Hitch info not entirely correct so it was duplicated. When calling hitchweb, this was rectified expeditiously. The individual I spoke to was courteous and efficient. Price as well as hardware received appears to be good value for money. Packaging was intact and well done. ??????????

I found the site to have all the details/info I needed for the products I was viewing. Large selection with lots of alternatives to choose from. Had some of the cheapest pricing my mechanic or I could find. They were quick to inform me that the hitch I wanted was on backorder across Canada and offered me a similar and cheaper product that would ship right away.
