Very good, your site is clear and help me to choose my rig. The hitch have exit from the bag on expedition and paint is scratch because of it. Put more carboard wrap on your expedition.

I was having a problem purchasing my hitch on line, so I phoned customer service. The person I spoke to figured out what the problem was. She told me what the problem was and how to fix it. She could have left it there, but instead she took my order for me and it all went thru. I was so grateful for her help, and before I was off the phone, I had received my confirmation. That was on a Thursday afternoon & by Monday morning, my hitch was delivered. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. Service & delivery were exceptional! Definitely go that route again should I need a hitch again. And the web site, very easy to use for everything from determining what I needed to ordering.

Excellent - no trouble with order. A minor glitch -- tracking data came a few hours after the delivery was made. Need to expedite email notification.
