The website is well structured, it is easy to find what we need. So, I received exactly what I ordered in less than one week. I received a tracking number after only two days and eveything went alright.

Just the fact that the day after I ordered they came back and said the wiring harness was not available. After I OK'ed the switch they came back and said that the ball mount was was out of stock and would I accept another. OK I will. (for the record the original ball mount that was recommended for my SUV was way too big of a drop, the one they substituted is also too much drop for my application. I will have to return it and get another one at more expense.) Other than that, service was quick I had the shipment within 3 days of final order.

How can you complain about getting a brand name hitch, draw bar, ball, pin and wiring kit for less than what it costs to buy local. All this and free shipping to my door within 10 days of ordering. I had considered buying online from the USA but It was a no brainer ordering from hitchWeb.
