I ordered a three level pindle hitch mount. In addition I ordered an anti-rattle kit. Unfortunately the anti rattle kit was a bit too short for the shaft of the pintle hitch mount, but I was able to make it work. The two items were shipped separately and the anti-rattle kit could not be found from the delivery van. Hitchweb was very quick to try and be helpful in follow-up. The kit was located two days later from someone who thought they were being helpful in moving it out of sight so it would not be stolen. Hitchweb was very prompt in answering emails sent concerning the part.
