All in all, the purchase was great; the price, the delivery and the quality of the parts. The only issue I have is that the draw bar doesn't fit for my car; after measuring, I would need a 4" raise and the site recommended a 2" drop.

Hitchweb should be the web shopping experience that online stores are aiming for. Their site is well laid out and easy to put together a working combination of products you need for your application. Their online chat rep gave very accurate information on when to expect my order to arrive once placed. The shipping was extremely quick. I placed my order on a Friday around 10 am. I received my wiring kit on Monday, and the rest of the parts on Wednesday, which is exactly when the online chat rep said. I was originally going to order everything from a local hitch shop as there was not much price difference between the two and I figured I would be safer getting the right parts from the local shop. However, I decided to go with Hitchweb as the local shop said it would take two weeks to get the correct hitch in. Here it is less than a week after placing the order and the hitch and wiring is installed and ready I'm ready to start pulling.

As promised, prompt delivery and recommended alternative product to make sure order was sent out in a timely manner!

I ordered it on a Thursday morning before leaving for work and it was at my garage door the next afternoon when I arrived home at 4 PM. Installation only to me about 45 min. the wires sent for getting the bolts and brackets in place worked great. Highly advise coworkers that need a hitch to order here.

I had no knowledge about hitches but wanted a hitch-held bike carrier on my car. This site and the customer support helped inform me so I was able to make the appropriate purchase and plan for installation for my car. It arrived quickly and we just returned from a 4000 km trip with the hitch, rack and bikes secure and comfortable for my car. Very pleased with the outcome and support received.

Most other reviewers had fast delivery but for some reason mine took over a week. Still not bad for Canada but their delivery map says two days and the same products were carried on Amazon prime for similar prices. Their pre precessing seemed to add to this substantially as I ordered on a Sunday and it wasn't shipped until Wednesday. Regardless the product was a relatively easy install, even with common hand tools and some well rusted in bolts that needed to be removed.

Ordered the hitch for my audi a4 2014 and it fit perfectly. It took me twice the time estimated but I finally succeded. I'd recommand that you use a lift to lift the back of the car. I didn't have a lift and I was a bit jammed under the car. Also get you car cleaned before doing that. I got a lot of dirt in my face during the installation, it was not verry pleasant. Neertheless fit perfectly and I'm glad with the product.

After I'd ordered they found a better priced and yet more suitable part - I okayed the substitution and they refunded the difference immediately. The order was then shipped very quickly. I'm impressed - these days you don't often see that attention to detail and customer service.
