Our experience with Hitchweb was top-notch. The price was the best we could find and we got a 10% discount on the hitch by entering the coupon code. Two days after we ordered, they emailed us saying the wiring and pin kits couldn't be shipped with the hitch because they were in a different warehouse. So they upgraded both items and did not charge us the extra $60. We placed the order on a Saturday and all parts arrived Thursday, in perfect condition.

Had everything in stock and shipped it to me in 2 days with free shipping. Could not possibly ask for anything more. Will shop here again!
