The staff was extremely helpful and even assisted me in locating a seal I needed to finish my brake job. It was nice to shop at one site for brakes and hitch system. Shipping was amazing as I was not expecting to see anything for weeks. I would shop with this company again with no hesitation.

Ordering was simple and anticipated delivery dates were close. Purolator courier communication was better than past experiences but I did feel like the dates were always hours away from being changed due to the courier. For this transaction, the dates were changed once.

Quick and easy ordering over the phone. yes however after traveling from edmonton to toronto in less than 4 days took another 4 days to get to me approx 2 hrs from toronto they tried to make the excuse it was a oversized load and then the covid affect however i am plwased with the product thanks

Hitchweb buying experience was great delivery was timely and product arrived in perfect condition. This is a 15 k hitch for 6 k trailer so a little heavy for the application. The curt 17500 would have been a better choice. But all said and done my Hitchweb experience was great. Don?t hesitate to use their services. ??

Awesome service. Not only was this the best price hands down from anywhere else I checked, and I done a lot of research...I ordered my hitch after 4 pm Friday and it was sitting on my deck Tuesday when I got home from work. Delivery time on my notice was 2:37pm. Great job!

Very professional service, amazing delivery service. I purchased a Curt load Equalization hitch on a Tuesday and it arrived two days later in Alberta. Prices were much, much lowered than local suppliers. Also they offer discount coupons on there website, worth checking out, free delivery to your door on orders over $100.00. Technical advice was great and was also directed to the Curt technician to fully answer my questions. I would recommend this company, definitely order again when the time comes.
