Excellent service and good price—-no reservations with your company but it was shipped Fed Ex and was lost from Wednesday morning till Tuesday afternoon of the following week. I asked them to return the item but haven’t heard anything back. Please advise.

Actually upgraded the hitch we originally were planning to buy when we saw that it was cheaper with Hitchweb and they delivered for free. Had the hitch at the front door less than 48 hours after ordering. What else could be easier.......would recommend anyone check them out.
