The frame side plates and the cross rails fit as described, but the rail location measurement's should tell you if you are measuring from the end of the box or the frame, and I would like to know when was the last time any body from Curt was underneath 2017 3500HD Duramax Chev, the install time is way out lunch and a 2nd person would be handy for part of the install. The product was great just a lot discrepancy in the time required.
