Very fast delivery. Have not installed hitch yet, but hope my mechanic will not have any problems with that.

Fast processing of my order. I got an email from a representative to clarify my order to ensure that the part would fit my vehicle and got a prompt response after I replied. Two days later I had my hitch and wiring harness. That's the way it is supposed to happen!

Delivered what I ordered fast. Got one chip on the hitch as the box was a bit big and let the hitch slide around inside which beat up the box, but that's more the shipping guys tossing it around.

Nice hitch, good price and prompt shipping. Just remember in the future to put receivers name and phone number on shipping label. But at the end it all worked out OK. I have already recommended your company to friends. Thank you .
