Delivery: My packages arrived without my name on them. Fortunately my cell phone number was printed on the delivery labels. Had it not been for the cell number & the receptionist calling me, the packages would have been returned. My order did arrive very fast, the next day from when I placed the order. Product: The hitch itself has manufacturing defects. Two mounting holes are not big enough for the supplied carriage bolts. This was caused by poor alignment of welded-on spacer blocks. Price: The hitchweb price was quite a bit lower than local vendors in the Ottawa, Ontario area.
