Ordered a high low hitch received it in 6 days very fast. One problem the hitch was mislabeled from the manufacturer, contacted Hitchweb sent photos, they agreed that it was not right and within 3 days a new one is being sent to me, although the size is out of stock I should receive it in 2 weeks. Very happy with my first experience with Hitchweb and my contact person Chantel has done a great job, I would be confidant using Hitchweb again.
