FYI Ordered 2 sets of left and right 23-026-00 & 23-027-00. Both sets DO NOT have mounting nuts (16 total) and they DO NOT have the rubber plugs (2 per unit). There is no mention of this in the product spec's. Most of the trailering I do is in the winter and the sand/salt used on the roads enter any holes on the brake mounting plate causing pre-mature corrosion/wear on the brakes parts. Also all parts have minimal paint on them which will in my case will pre-maturely corrode/wear.

Straight forward and easy to use website. My biggest issue is with the delivered product. I bought the electric brake assembly for my trailer. Manufacture Dexter. Received in the time promised. Problem, no nuts supplied for brake bolts. Being in a small town, it took me over 80 km (round trip) to find a store that had the matching nuts (7/16-20). Hitchweb were great in trying to help but paying 9.50 shipping for a $5 order was crazy...plus having to wait for them. Dexter should of stated to Hitchweb that the nuts for the bolts were additional cost. I will be staying away from any Dexter products to avoid future frustration

I ordered both a right and a left hand brake assembly for my trailer. 10 x 2.25- Dexter. One came almost fully assembled. Both are missing the rubber plugs for the tension adjuster. Left hand assembly came with the tension adjuster off along with the spring underneath it.I hope someone reviewing this will understand how difficult it is to install them manually. Also LH side is missing retainer clip for brake wiring. On a positive note,it was shipped fast

I ordered a set of electric brakes which arrived quickly and in good condition. It would have been nice if they came with dust covers for the the backing plate slot where the shoe adjuster is accessed as the original had one access slot whereas the replacement has two access slots. I would not hesitate to order from Hitchweb again.

Threaded adjuster on brake assembly had fallen off of one of the units; probably during transit. I can likely fix this without problems. I was hoping that units would include rubber covers for adjustment holes.

I orders 4 trailer brakes from Hitchweb. They arrived on time and where what I ordered bit unfortunally there was damage to one of the items. Damage was not caused by shipping. I followed there return instructions and was very pleased with how I was treated. They had another part shipped to me in a couple days and payed for the return shipping on the damaged part. Overall I am happy with my experience with Hitchweb. I will recommend them and buy from them again.

Purchased electric trailer brakes. Brake assemblies were delivered to my door the next day as told by the rep. Hubs and drums were delivered the following day as they were out of province. That is great service and would recommend this site.
