Received product in timelt manner. Issues with assembling product. Purchased stone guard, instructions said drill out pre punched holes, there.were none, had to mark. Punch and drill holes. Holes required were not same as bolts supplied

I had questions. I called. The agent on the line was knowledgeable, and answered my questions. When she did not have the answer she checked with the warehouse while i was on the line and got the answer right away. I ordered the 'Rock Solid Toe Guards' over the phone, right then. Ordering process was quick, efficient, and painless. Received the product 3 days later as indicated at time of order. Overall i was very pleased with the experience
