Hello the box was split open on delivery no damage to the hitch but I didn't find any hardware inside the box. is it possible it was lost or does this hitch not require any. Thanks

Website is OK. I found what I'm pretty sure I need. Need a total rise of about 5" above top of receiver, so this should work. I have the Curt hitch that I bought from you last year and now this ball kit. There's a lot of gap between the inside of the receiver and the insert for the ball. Do you have a rubber/urethane sleeve that can take up that gap?
