This is a great website. They had everything I needed for my van all in one place. The prices were reasonable and the fit on my van was perfect. I even ordered the wiring harness which the mechanic said was the simplest he is ever put on.

I order several items on Aug. 2 and received a notice that my order was confirmed and that I would be notified when my item would be shipped.On Aug. 6 I received 2 shipping notices as either Hitchweb or Purolator decided to split the order into 2 packages, but again confirming the order was shipped on Aug. 2nd. Upon checking the tracking number provided by purolator, both tracking numbers showed only the shipping label had been produced. I then check on Aug 4,5 & 6th to see the progress of the packages... still only the shipping label had been produced. On Aug. 7th AM I wrote an email tothe Hitchweb sales staff asking what the status of my order was and was assured that the order was on its way. On Aug. 7th the tracking site finally indicated that part of the order was out for delivery and was asked to confirm what was delivered.at approx. 4:40 PM 2 of the items that I order were delivered. later that day the secon part of my order showed up on the tracking from Purolator. The second part was delivered on Aug. 8th at 4:00 PM. From all of this I guess my advice to Hitchweb would be don't notify your customers until you can "confirm" actual shipment.

Good solid hitch.. Quick delivery.. Easy install if you lift your vehicle.. would recommend two people when lifting hitch in place before bolts installed.. Nice looking on vehicle.. My only complaint is the paint job.. There was bare spots on edges.. scrapes from transport.. gouge marks in a couple of spots from what looks like a grinder.. I had to touch up with rust paint before install to hopefully prevent rust.. I would recommend this hitch!

A top notch site with a wide verity of parts and accessories at very good prices. There was an issue with my order, some parts were at a different warehouse so they upgraded some of my items for no extra charge. This is quality customer service as the issue really wasn't even a problem but they did it anyway. Highly recommend.

Perfect fit for 2017 Terrain
