I really like Hitchweb, but the 2 hitches I bought both arrived without mounting hardware. That came weeks later in both instances. Please securely tape the hardware to the hitch before shipping. Update: I ordered a third hitch for a new vehicle. Both it and the wiring harness came before the dates promised, and all of the hardware was included. I'm really impressed with Hitchweb.
