Part I ordered was out of stock but not indicated on website. HOWEVER, they handled it well, contacted me the next day and offered to substitute a slightly better part at the same price arriving a week later. So, I did not have a tight deadline, ended up as a happy customer, installation was easier than I thought.

Bought hitch and T-connect harness for Nissan Sentra 2016. Had some issues with harness, Hitchweb did not provide support, only 1-800 number to manufacturer. I was expecting at least some knowledge considering the vendor's name. All turned out well, turned out my trailer was not wired correctly.

received the hitch the very next day, a pleasant surprise. the ballmount has a problem in the rise position, the 2 inch ball is touching the bumper leaving no space to attach the trailer to the ball in the drop position, i can attach the trailer but, now the trailer front is slanting down too low i need a ballmount, with a 2.5 inch to 3 inch longer shaft. or perhaps an extension of some kind. thank you. hope you can help remedy this. otherwise, i am quite happy. you do need a person to answer your phone my cell # is (705) 920-1119

The instructions were clear and straightforward. Took me 2h to install the hitch and it fit perfectly. Just be sure to carefully check ahead of time for all the tools you need as listed in the instructions, I was fortunate that my Dad had all of the tools so we were all set. Also if you're installing it on a chevy volt, just be extra careful when using prybars to pry off the bumper. You need to push down release tabs on the car frame to help release the bumper. We missed a couple and they snapped off, but in the end it was OK as there were about 5 tabs per side so the remaining tabs held the plastic bumper back in place.

Installed two hitches today mazda 3 and Nissan sentra ,all was delivered promptly ,instuctions as well as youtube videos for kurt hitches where very helpfull. All hardware excellent shape ,all fit perfectly into place .Would definetely buy again from hitchweb
