Bought a hitch for the 2009 Honda CR-V very helpful when I asked if everything would work together. Some of the things I had picked out didn’t work and they sent me the links quickly, all I had to do was click and add it to the cart. Shipped within a 2 days and received it within two days after chip . Everything went to gather without a hitch. Lol Assemble it all my self with all the trailer lights and all.

Our experience with Hitchweb was top-notch. The price was the best we could find and we got a 10% discount on the hitch by entering the coupon code. Two days after we ordered, they emailed us saying the wiring and pin kits couldn't be shipped with the hitch because they were in a different warehouse. So they upgraded both items and did not charge us the extra $60. We placed the order on a Saturday and all parts arrived Thursday, in perfect condition.

Ordered Curt Class 3 Hitch and wiring harness for new 2017 Rav 4. About $1100 less than the Toyota dealer wanted and took me about 2-1/2 hours so I guess I made about $400 / hour. The hitch came Friday after ordering on Tuesday so I was on the water by the weekend. Great products and Great service. I highly recommend Hitchweb for your towing equipment needs. PS.. dont forget to order the pin for the receiver, had to run to Canadian Tire ---- no biggie though.

The product was great and the customer service was awesome. Let me know quickly that there was a problem with what I ordered and how to fix it. The product was shipped through Fed Ex and I was told they wouldn't hip to PO box. The problem was that the product was shipped part way by Canada Post and I live in a rural area, with a PO box for a mailing address. There was a bit of confussion as to where the product was and how I would get it.
