received the hitch the very next day, a pleasant surprise. the ballmount has a problem in the rise position, the 2 inch ball is touching the bumper leaving no space to attach the trailer to the ball in the drop position, i can attach the trailer but, now the trailer front is slanting down too low i need a ballmount, with a 2.5 inch to 3 inch longer shaft. or perhaps an extension of some kind. thank you. hope you can help remedy this. otherwise, i am quite happy. you do need a person to answer your phone my cell # is (705) 920-1119
