Hitchweb didn't respond to my comments with online order concerning lack of website clarity on applicable discounts: 1. One offered discount was out of date and expired. 2. It was not clear only one discount was applicable until order was placed. Ordered items shipped loose with hitch in one box scuffed the hitch paint. Very minor issues at the end of the day. Otherwise great service! I would recommend Hitchweb to my friends and family.

Simple to order. Fast delivery right to my door - I wasn't sure if the drawbar was included with the hitch, so added one to my order. Will keep it and put a different ball on it.
