Good price even if you compare with US competitor. Really fast shipping! But one item, the Draw-Tite hitch as scratch and chip on the paint. Don't know if it's during transportation by Purolator because it was not enough protected or the product paint quality. I will have to make paint touch up to prevent steel corrosion.

Delivery was right on time. I checked YouTube for installation & found 2 for 2018 Forester. I also found 1 for replacing a Forester muffler. I decided to remove the muffler rather than dropping the exhaust system. It wasn't necessary to enlarge any holes for the bolts & washers. Since I only had the help of my wife, I balanced the hitch on a piece of wood & used my floor jack to raise the hitch. Guided the bolts thru the hitch with the supplied wires. The rest was easy.

Right from the get-go everything was clear, simple and easy to order. Excellent! We did have one hiccup - the hitch from one of the suppliers was sent either damaged or it was bent in transit. Hitchweb, (Derek) did a fabulous job sorting things out and we had a new hitch at our home within 2 days. I'm in my mid 60s and these hitches are very easy to install. If you exclude moving the rubber exhaust clamps ( tough on an old guy) it took less than an hour. (Removing and reinstalling the simple rubber exhaust mounts took 30 minutes - screwing around with them on the Subaru Outback.) I had put a CURT hitch on a Jetta the year before and it was an 1.5 hour ...with Bumper removal. Excellent service.

Instructions need to be better. Diagrams not clear enough. Did not address dual exhaust installation. Best idea was to remove the mufflers to avoid trying to work around them. This was my idea and it was so easy! Fish wire worked like a charm. Wiring connector instructions leave a lot to be desired. Thank the powers for U-tube.

only received the hitch on delivery. the wiring harness was not in the OPEN box when I received it. I suspect it was the delivery company for this error and not hitchweb. I would however, like to get the wiring kit since I paid for it.

I wish I would need a trailer hitch more often.

Even my hitch was not available locally, Isabella communicated this to me right away and offered me some options, one was to get it through Ontario which would take a few more days. Well 5 days later I received the hitch and the documentation provided on the website made the job a snap. I was surprised the hitch/harness arrived within the time frame indicated. Rectangle washer were too big for Forester entry hole. Had to make modifications to entry hole.

Order correct and came incredibly quickly! The website quoted 1-3 day delivery but I figured the one day was only in the greater Vancouver area. Very pleased to have the order the next day in Prince George, BC. Hitch and electrical kit was installed painlessly, even with opting for the -remove bumper- method rather than drill a hole in the frame method described in hidden hitch's instruction manual.
